Terms of Use

Orders can be placed directly online through jarrahcatering.com.au or via email: [email protected]

A minimum of 24 hours is usually required for orders.  If you have an urgent requirement please get in touch with us, we can often make things happen.

We deliver between 8am and 5pm weekdays. Deliveries can be requested outside these hours, including weekends (subject to availability)

Our Minimum on all orders is $350 (weekdays), $1000 (weekend).

Delivery to CBD will be charged $30 flat rate delivery:

CBD - 5km: $30 delivery

5km - 15km: $50 delivery

15km - 30km: $75 delivery

30km+: Orders beyond will be subject to delivery charges and will be quoted appropriately.

Orders under $350 may not be accepted (subject to availability/viability). Cancelation charges will apply (or a percentage of the invoice) when your catering/hospitality (labour) order has been confirmed and where we have incurred costs. Cancellation period notice is 36hrs prior to your event delivery time.

Weekend CBD orders of $1000 or over include $250 delivery fee. Orders under $1000 on weekends may not be accepted (subject to availability/viability).

Food is generally delivered on platters or boxes ready to service. Collection of platters, boxes, urns etc is usually scheduled for same day or next business day and may incur an extra delivery cost. Please have all serving ware accounted for and ready for collection. Losses will be invoiced at replacement cost + fee. 

We can cater to most dietary requirements, all dietary requirements will be labeled and boxed separately and an allergen card will be included as a guide.

Payments for all orders must be made prior to delivery unless you are an approved account holder.  Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard and EFT incur 2% fee. If you are ordering catering for a third party and they are responsible for settling the account, the order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

All prices are exclusive of GST.  

Food Safety:  All food should be stored safely and, if not refrigerated below 5C°, or heated above 65C°, consumed within 2 hours of delivery.  After 2 hours, all food not consumed can be refrigerated for later consumption.  Any food not consumed within 4 hours cannot be refrigerated or reheated and must be disposed of.
