Our team works closely with you and our chefs to ensure all dietary requirements are met while delivering delicious dishes. However, we do not cater for Kosher guests.

There may be additional fees for delivery, setup, and equipment hire, depending on the specifics of your event. Delivery fees are based on the location and distance from our kitchen. Setup fees cover the time and resources needed to arrange your food and ensure everything is ready for service. If your event requires special equipment, such as tablecloths or upgraded serving platters, we can arrange for hire at an additional cost. We will provide a detailed breakdown of all fees upfront in your quote.
Is there a minimum guest count or a maximum?
Yes, for sit-down, plated meal events we require a minimum guest count of 20. This ensures that we can provide the highest level of service and quality for your event. There is no strict maximum guest count, however we recommend reaching out well in advance for larger events to allow for thorough planning.
Do you provide chefs and servers for the event?
We provide both chefs and servers for sit-down, plated meal events. Depending on the event style and size, the number of staff and chefs will vary to ensure a smooth experience. Our skilled chefs will prepare your menu with care, and our professional servers will attend to your guests, from setup to service and cleanup.
Do you offer a full bar service?
Jarrah Catering does offer a full bar service for your event. Our team can provide a comprehensive selection of beverages, including wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, tailored to your event’s needs. Whether it's a casual gathering or a formal celebration, our full bar service will complement your catering experience. Glassware hire available upon request.
Do you offer different meal arrangements (e.g., family-style, plated service)?
We offer a variety of serving styles to suit your event, including family-style, plated service and buffet-style. Each option can be customised to match the tone and theme of your event.
When should we finalise the menu and guest count?
We recommend finalising the menu, event details, and guest count at least a week before your event. This gives us enough time to ensure everything is prepared to your specifications and that we can source the best ingredients. For larger or more complex events, we suggest confirming details as early as possible to guarantee availability and ensure we can accommodate all your requests. If any adjustments need to be made closer to the event, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
How do I confirm and secure my event with Jarrah Catering?
To confirm and secure your event with us, a 50% deposit is required. Once you’ve chosen your menu and finalised the event details, we’ll send through the invoice details. When the deposit is received, your event will be officially secured, and we’ll get to work on the planning. The remaining balance is due in full the day before your event.
