Additionally, our sweet options can be seamlessly integrated with our standard grazing board offerings, creating a perfect balance of savoury and sweet treats for your guests to enjoy.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We understand that each guest has unique dietary needs. We offer options to cater to dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. Our team works closely with you and our chefs to ensure all dietary requirements are met while delivering delicious dishes. However, we do not cater for Kosher guests.

Our pricing for grazing tables is based on the size you need: ● 1.2m table (approx. 60 guests): $1000 ● 2m table (approx. 100 guests): $2200 ● 3m table (approx. 150 guests): $3400 These prices include the food and standard styling of the table. Additional charges apply for delivery or extra services.

When should we finalise the menu and guest count?

We recommend finalising the menu, event details, and guest count at least a week before your event. This gives us enough time to ensure everything is prepared to your specifications and that we can source the best ingredients. For larger or more complex events, we suggest confirming details as early as possible to guarantee availability and ensure we can accommodate all your requests. If any adjustments need to be made closer to the event, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

How do I confirm and secure my event with Jarrah Catering?

To confirm and secure your event with us, a 50% deposit is required. Once you’ve chosen your menu and finalised the event details, we’ll send through the invoice details. When the deposit is received, your event will be officially secured, and we’ll get to work on the planning. The remaining balance is due in full the day before your event.
